ADDvanced Solutions Community Network is an open-access initiative that supports the emotional health and wellbeing of neurodivergent children and young people, their families, and the professionals who work with them. The organisation offers community-based learning, coaching, and mentoring programmes that help families better understand and manage the challenges associated with neurodevelopmental conditions such as autism and ADHD.
The Network provides free programmes and informal learning opportunities, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
Our brief was to design and develop a website that reflected this mission, one that offered excellent navigation, clear presentation of services and easy access to resources, case studies and localised information for each of the areas in which the organisation is commissioned to work.
The website needed to cater to diverse audiences, including parents, carers, professionals and community partners, each requiring different information but all seeking quick, accessible answers.
The challenge was to present a large volume of complex content in a clear and intuitive way, ensuring that users could easily navigate to relevant support programmes, events, and learning resources without feeling overwhelmed. The design also needed to remain warm, inclusive and community-focused, in keeping with the organisation’s values and tone of voice.
The finished website provides a clear, welcoming, and informative platform that truly reflects the values of ADDvanced Solutions Community Network. It allows users to easily access programmes, events, and resources, while showcasing the organisation’s local and regional impact.
Feedback from the team and users has been overwhelmingly positive — the site is intuitive, engaging, and effectively supports families, professionals, and community members in finding the help they need.
This project successfully combines accessibility, empathy, and clarity, delivering a digital space that champions understanding, inclusion, and community support for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
